Edelbrock part #2856 Valley Plate is the bedding plate portion of a two-piece (valley plate and spider) manifold system. It is intended for use with Raised Port SBC heads on tall deck engine blocks. Key feature of plate is a cast-in water passage simplifying plumbing by eliminating the need for external previsions. Flanges measure .551" thick and distributor pad is machined with standard angle.
